What does the typical Ellie and Bill's catered party involve?
A normal party includes four of Ellie's prepared, passed hors d'oeuvres, for the first hour and then the main buffet is served. Dishes are picked up and dessert and coffee are served.

Do you have a set menu?
No, most of our customers know each other, so we try and make each party a little different. However, we can provide any customer with many different menus and all price ranges.

Do you supply servers and bartenders?
Yes, Ellie and Bill have a very experienced staff of servers and bartenders, some have been with us for many years.

Will I have to rent dishes, glasses and silverware?
No, we have enough for a party of up to 120 people, and the cost for their usage is included in the per person price.

Rentals
If your reception site does not provide tables, linens and chairs for guest seating, or other items such as tents, lighting, staging, etc., we will be happy to coordinate delivery and setup through a rental company.

Reception Sites and Other Wedding Professionals
We cater in private homes, clubs, churches, and the Hilton Head plantations. Most of our functions are residential in spirit. If you're looking for a site we can help. We know wonderful photographers, musicians, florists, special event coordinators and other folks essential to your special day. Please ask for referrals.
